We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the app store platforms, and continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the new fees.
5.4 No Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refunds or credits.
6. Usage Rights and Restrictions

6.5 IMPORTANT: The app uses 3rd party AI language model engine, we cannot control everything said in the chat. You are responsible for your own actions, any decision you make and action you take with the help of our app, is 100% under your responsibility. If you are not sure please advise with a professional.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by following the procedures outlined in the app store from which you downloaded the Service.
10.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or any misuse or unethical behavior.
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. We may delete all information associated with your account.
11. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Israel.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
20. App Store Terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Nick – AI Dropshipping Mentor, not with any app store provider. Your use of the Service must comply with the applicable app store’s terms and conditions.
